VICTOR M. MORALES, AIA - PRINCIPAL

Victor Morales established the architectural firm of Victor M. Morales, Architect in 1989 in Brooklyn, New York. He has over thirty-three years of experience in the fields of architecture and construction. Victor’s extensive experience in the building industry has allowed him to oversee multi-million dollar projects.

He received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from Pratt Institute and an associate degree in applied science in construction technology from New York City Community College. Victor was also Honorably Discharge with decorations from the United States Army Corp of Engineers in Viet Nam.

Victor is a member of the Brooklyn Chapter of the American Institute of Architects and The New York Society of Architects and holds a certificate from The National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He is the recipient of the 2007 QBBA Building Award and a New York City Public Schools – Partner in Education Award.

NAJAM SUBHANI

Najam holds a Master’s of Science in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from National College of Arts. Najam is a LEED Green Associate. He has over twelve years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Design.

His field of expertise includes condition assessment of existing building structures and preparation of reports, drawings, details as well photographic documentation of these building conditions. As a member of a design team he participates in the identification and preparation of the construction scope of work, schematic and design development drawings, construction documents plus specifications. As part of the construction administration team Najam conducts field inspections with reports of work in progress. Upon substantial completion of the work he prepares a punch list inspections report of the work items that remain incomplete or have to be corrected.

Najam is fluent in the following computer design software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit and Primavera, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, 3D Home Architect, 3D Studio/Max.

ERIC RAMOS RODRIGUEZ

Eric holds a Bachelor Degree from the School of Architecture of the University of Puerto Rico and further studies at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn. Currently he is a candidate for a Master in Urban Planning. He has over 13 years of experience working on numerous residential and commercial projects as an independent consultant.

His field of expertise includes condition assessment of existing building structures and preparation of reports, drawings, details as well photographic documentation of these building conditions. As part of the design team he participates in the identification and preparation the construction scope of work, schematic design development drawings, construction documents plus specifications. Eric also works very closely with the principal regarding Code and Zoning Compliance issues as well as performing governmental research work. He is a NYC DOB Filling Representative as such it permits our firm to perform in-house building department expediting. 

Eric is fluent in the following computer design software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit, Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Acrobat Professional, Flash and 3D Studio/Max.

SAJJAD AKBAR

Sajjad holds a Master’s of Science in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute and a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from National College of Arts. He is a LEED AP and also holds a License of Asbestos Inspector. He has over twelve years of experience in the fields of Architecture and Design. Sajjad is also a NYC DOB filling representative as such it permits our firm to perform in-house building department expediting.

His field expertise includes condition assessment of existing building structures and preparation of reports, drawings, details as well photographic documentation of these building conditions. As part of the design team he participates in the identification and preparation the construction scope of work, schematic design development drawings, construction documents plus specifications. As part of the construction administration team Sajjad conducts field inspections with reports of work in progress. FRANCISCO FLORES

Francisco J. Flores is a senior draftsman with architectural experience in excess of 20 years. He is very knowledgeable in preparation of all construction documents which include but not limited to site plans, architectural plans, removals and demolition plans, materials and equipment scheduling, construction and structural detailing. His experience also includes structural and Electrical and Mechanical drawings

Francisco received and Associate Degree in Applied Science in Construction Technology from New York City Community College. Francisco also studied fine Arts at Hunter College. He received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Army.

Francisco works very closely with Mr. Morales regarding Code and Zoning Compliance issues as well as performing governmental agency expediting and research work. He also coordinates all drawing and construction documents prepared by consulting engineers with those documents generated by Victor M. Morales, Architect.

Francisco is fluent in the following computer design software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe PhotoShop and Acrobat Professional.
