NYC Department of HPD, the US Department of HUD, NYS DHCR, DASNY, OASAS and
with Neighborhood Housing Development Corporations and organizations such as
The Enterprise Foundation and Local Initiative Support Corporation the firm has
participated in the development or redevelopment of over 1000 dwelling units in
the City of New York.
The firm was established in 1989 with its
principal Victor M. Morales, having over thirty-five years of experience in
architecture and construction related fields. Trained
in the fields of architecture, engineering, construction technologies,
environmental sciences, facility management and planning our staff stands
